For 100 DKK you have access to Ærø Museum and Hammerich’s House (normal price 115 DKK).

Combined ticket – 3 museums**
27 June – 30 September
For 125 DKK you have access to Ærø Museum, Hammerich’s House and the Bottle Ship Museum (normal price 165 DKK).

Combined tickets can be purchased at the ticket office at Ærø Museum and are valid for visits on the day of purchase.

Group discount***
Group discount cannot be combined with other discounts. Please contact us in advance if you are more than 10 people. This applies both if you come on your own or if you want a guided tour. This allows us to ensure that you have the best possible experience.  

For children (4–8 years) and their adults, we also have a free Cat Treasure Hunt.

Who gets free admission?

• Companions of disabled persons, when showing their companion card
• Bus drivers and travel guides visiting the museum with a large group
• Pupils, teachers and students visiting the museum for educational purposes

Cash and card payments are accepted at Ærø Museum and the Bottle Ship Museum.

If you wish to pay by credit card, you can buy tickets for Hammerich’s House at the ticket office at Ærø Museum. This is a one minute walk from Hammerich’s House.

The three museums are around 5 minutes on foot from the ferry berth (to and from Svendborg) and the bus stop (to and from Marstal/Søby) in Ærøskøbing. Bus travel is free on Ærø.

Coffee, soft drinks and ice cream can be purchased at the Bottle Ship Museum. 

You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks to The Bottle Ship Museum and Ærø Museum. Outdoor seating is available in the courtyards at both museums.

At Ærø Museum and The Bottle Ship Museum, you will find a nice little selection of literature on local history and souvenirs. The shop has the same opening times as the museum. 

The museum buildings contain staircases and are, unfortunately, difficult to access for people who have trouble walking and inaccessible to people in wheelchairs.

Assistance dogs are welcome in Ærø Museum and The Bottle Ship Museum. We simply ask that dogs be kept on a leash and consideration should be given to other guests.

You are welcome to take photographs in the museums for private use.
